Syracuse falls to Creighton in the Beach Bracket Final of the Emerald Coast Classic

It was a Blue Jay barrage in the Beach Bracket Final of the Emerald Coast Classic as Creighton took down Syracuse 86-59. The Blue Jays were on fire from the three-point line, shooting an astonishing 15 for 28 from distance.

The horns. Whew. You know, when you’re on like that, like a Michael Jordan. And I mean, we’re talking these cats was a miss. We we’re talking we’re in your faces a couple of times. And that thing was coming up and, you know, it was in before it went to the net and it didn’t move. There was nothing we could have done other than what we did with that short period of time.

 It’s so technical, like our defense, that you really need more time than 24 hours to try to figure out for yourself and try to teach our young ladies.

There are fifth-year seniors, two graduate players in an event that coach that’s a system that’s unbelievable. And I would love to have played him last year with a seasoned team.

The beach trip is over for Syracuse as they head back to the Northeast to do battle with Yale this Sunday at noon in the gym, a wireless dome reporting from sunny Florida Kiran Costa Citrus TV.
