In the final game on the 2024 calendar, Syracuse came out firing against an outmatched and undersized Dartmouth squad. The Orange led the Big Green 22-9 after the first quarter and never looked back. The ’Cuse led by double digits at the halftime break and extended that to a 31-point advantage heading to the third quarter. Dartmouth had no answers for Syracuse down low as the Orange led 62-26 in paint points.

It was once more a group effort for SU, with 10 players finding the scoresheet and five in double figures. Kyra Wood picked up her third double-double of the season (10 points, 10 rebounds). Dominique Camp had a strong showing as well; although she had just five points, she racked up 10 assists, the first Orange player to have double-digit assists in a game since Teisha Hyman on Dec. 5, 2021.

That wraps up 2024 for Syracuse. The Orange finish the calendar year at the .500 mark and pick up ACC play in earnest at the start of the new year. SU travels down to Atlanta for a battle with 17th-ranked Georgia Tech on Jan. 2 at 7 p.m. The Yellow Jackets are off to a flying 12-0 start to the season, including ranked victories over Oregon and North Carolina.
