Owen Williams is a Television, Radio and Film junior at Newhouse. He has been involved with CitrusTV since his first semester at Syracuse, and has previously been the Chief Engineer in 2023 and Operations Manager in 2024. As General Manager, his goal is to make the station a welcoming and educational environment, while continuing to improve the station’s technology and equipment.
