Pachanga

1 big (or 4 small) phyllo dough sheet
4 slices of pastrami
5 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 egg yolk
½ cup of milk

Brush each piece of dough with a little olive oil, and put some shredded cheese close to the edge. Put one slice of pastrami and put more cheese on top of it. Fold the edge of the sheet to make a roll (like a spring roll). Brush the tip of the sheet with water so it’ll stick. Put the rolls on a tray lined with cooking paper. Put one egg yolk and the milk in a bowl and whisk; brush the rolls. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes until they look golden.
